Unless otherwise stated, Codairy LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, digital products, SaaS applications, and source code on Codairy. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access our services for your own use, subjected to the restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, APIs, or digital products.
  • Resell/Redistribute: Sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute our software or source code unless explicitly granted a commercial or white-label license by us to do so.
  • Reproduce: Duplicate or copy our proprietary codebase or algorithms.
  • Abuse Services: Use our services for any illegal activities, or abuse server resources (e.g., unauthorized automated scraping, intentionally bypassing API rate limits, or distributing malware).

User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of our software services, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Codairy LLC We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in unauthorized or illegal behavior.

Payments, Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

By purchasing our digital services, software products, or SaaS subscriptions, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. All financial transactions on our platform are securely processed and managed by our designated third-party payment processor, Stripe. For recurring services, the following billing mechanics apply:

  • Subscription Billing Cycles: If you purchase a recurring service or SaaS subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the specific billing cycle you select at checkout.
  • Auto-Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions, and Stripe will charge your default payment method the applicable fee, unless you cancel the subscription or Codairy LLC terminates it.
  • Cancellation Timing: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your online account management dashboard or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged by Stripe for the next billing cycle, you must initiate the cancellation before your current cycle's renewal date.
  • Failed Payments and Retries: If a scheduled payment fails to process for any reason (such as an expired card or insufficient funds), Stripe will automatically attempt to retry the charge over a short grace period. If payment cannot be successfully collected after these retry attempts, Codairy LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend, downgrade, or terminate your access to the subscription services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
  • Taxes: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, prices displayed for our services do not include applicable local, state, or international taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
  • Refunds: All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review this policy to understand our 30-day window and the conditions under which full or partial refunds are granted based on your utilization of the digital service.

Third-Party Integrations

Our digital services and software kits may integrate with, or provide links to, third-party services, payment gateways, or external APIs. Codairy LLC has no control over these third-party platforms and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, API changes, downtimes, or service failures. You acknowledge and agree that Codairy LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party integration.
